How ONE SALES LETTER can make a difference, a SIMPLE scheduling trick, TIPS for creating a proposal, a FREE specialty flyer and MORE.

March 4, 2018 by Tom Watson

Having success in the cleaning business isn’t the result of doing just one thing right.

It means you have to do a bunch of things right, all at the same time. It’s not that hard, but you need to think it through.

So with that in mind, today I once again tossed together a collection of past posts that will help you tie a bunch of those loose ends together. I touch on a variety of different topics that all work in unison to give you the best chances of success.

Speaking of success, I share how I had a ton of it by mailing just one letter to a local company near me. Then I chat about a REAL EASY way to schedule one time jobs so they turn into REPEAT CASH. Then… how about an example of one of my proposals that I used over the years (nothing fancy).

After that I include a post about getting a free construction clean up flyer. They are nice to have if you target that market. To finish up I include a post on getting insurance. I mention it a lot because I GET ASKED ALL THE TIME where to get a quote. So I tossed that link in once again to finish things out. Enjoy!
