FREE Download: Carpet Cleaning Flyer

June 15, 2014 by Tom Watson

rug cleaning flyerOnce you start to grow your cleaning business, you’ll want to add more services to your portfolio.

Start with the basic cleaning, make sure you do that right, then add window cleaning, carpet cleaning and VCT cleaning.

Each one is simple to learn and is very profitable. Just add in one service at a time as you feel comfortable doing so. This process allows you to grow faster because it gives you more than one way to make money. The more ways the better!

FREE Carpet Cleaning Flyer

I’ve created dozens and dozens of flyers over the years to promote the different services we offer. Carpet cleaning flyers are one of my favorites because if you land just one job, you can make anywhere from a hundred bucks to over a thousand. All for the cost of a 5 cent flyer!

So today I wanted to give everyone a free carpet cleaning flyer. This will give those who are ready to add this service to the mix a head-start in their marketing activities. As with many flyers I create, the headline starts off by making a statement that tries to pull the potential customer in. Take a peek…

As you can see, the flyer is super simple. It has a big and bold headline that tries to GRAB their attention. From there it’s just a short paragraph about why we’re different. Then we finish up with our company name, phone and website.

Most of your competitors will use the same old “tired sales copy” that they lifted from someone else when creating a flyer. This results in flyers that all look the same. To stand out you need to actually STAND OUT and do something different, which this flyer will do for you.

As I normally do, I’ll be making this carpet cleaning flyer available in two different formats. The first is in OpenOffice format and the second is in PDF format. Take one or both, whatever you need!

Make use of them as you see fit and report back with any success you had using them. I’ve used them with great success! You just need to give them out in ABUNDANCE. Landing just one carpet cleaning job makes it all worthwhile!

    Superb timing.

Was planning to start pasting telephone poles and pasting newspaper boxes this week, you have literally saved me a full day by providing a ready-made flyer. Change the company name and phone number and BAM! good to go.

    Tom, you rock.

I’m new to your website! Awesome! My friend informed me of your wonderful, informative emails & she was right! I think that it’s also great that you offer OpenOffice documents. Most people (that I know) haven’t heard of it. Appreciate the help!

    Good Afternoon Tom,

What is a good affordable carpet cleaner to buy? I only have about a couple of hundred dollars to spend on one. Thanks.

Hi Keshia! I would wait until you have some more to spend (unless you go the used route via ebay). Ideally you want one that has HEAT, DECENT PSI and GOOD SUCTION (to collect the moisture you put down). This will run about $1,200 or so to start. Anything less will not be professional grade.

Wow! That add is so simple and it sure caught my attention. I’m going to give it shot! Thanks!
